Get your teen off the couch and on a Myrtle Beach vacation they’re sure to remember

Having trouble getting your teen motivated? Try taking them to Myrtle Beach. The amount of activities for teenagers will exhaust their minds, but keep their feet running towards the next adventure. Here are just some of the many attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer specifically for teenagers this spring and summer:

Family Kingdom Amusement Park: While family rides, and go karts seem like a blast, the thrill rides provided at the only amusement park in Myrtle Beach are sure to draw your teen’s attention. The thrill seeker teen can choose from rides like the slingshot to the infamous Tilt-A-Whirl. Don’t miss your chance to bring out the daredevil in them this season.

Fun Warehouse: Is there such as thing as too old for bowling? We vote no. And honestly, laser tag is just about as timeless. At the Fun Warehouse, your teen has the opportunity to enter a dark abyss full of laser lights and competition in the two-story Urban Quest Laser Tag Arena. Make it a mission for fun and teamwork as they cool off with mini “rollerball” bowling.

Myrtle Waves Water Park: Is your teen a water park fanatic? Put them in their element. Also, early bird specials are here for the 2014 season! Get them while they’re available. Zippy slides and relaxing raft rides prove there is something for everyone at this wet n’ wild water park. Of course, if you’re not feeling like leaving Paradise Resort to get your water fix, we’ve got you covered! Our indoor pool with basketball hoops and lazy rivers offer prime relaxation for you and your teen to unwind from the excitement of being on vacation.

NASCAR Speedpark: The competitor, the intimidator, and the champions—think your teen can handle these track courses? After all, they’re going to be driving soon anyway—if they’re not already! Why not give them the chance to get their lead foot phase out of the way now? Plus, NASCAR SpeedPark offers rides and miniature golf for the whole family to enjoy.

The Carolina Opry: Looking for something to do in the evening with your teen? The Carolina Opry has a variety of shows every day that are sure to please any audience member. Take them to see the Light Laser Show where they can captivate their senses through sight and sound.

Capt. Dicks Dolphin Watch: Come out to Murrell’s Inlet and jump aboard the Osprey. You and your teen are sure to become experts on the marine life in Murrells Inlet as you glide across the water, scouting the coast for wildlife.

What do you think, is there one activity that your teen loves enjoying every time you come to Myrtle Beach?
