Check out Chuck and Duck’s at Broadway at the Beach.  This is the newest addition to the Broadway and it’s fully equipped for all sports events, and the super bowl will be no exception. We are talking over 50 HD TV’s.  As if that wasn’t enough there is also a wall of screens to watch old school jumbotron style.  Their menu is varied with some delicious must tries such as  Southwest Poppers, Fried Green beans. They also have a wide selection of salads that will have you coming back again and again after the football season is over. Chuck and Dave’s is not your typical sports bar.  They call themselves a Sports Grille and you’ll see the difference in the menu, the atmosphere and the service.

While we are talking about Broadway at the Beach locations let’s talk Broadway Louie’s, one of the most well-known sports bars on the beach.  If you haven’t been to Broadway at the Beach lately you are in for a grand surprise as it’s been completely updated and rejuvenated. Broadway Louie’s is included in that renovation. They have moved from their old location to the other end of Celebrity Square. You will not only find changes to the location but inside as well. Instead of one large bar, they have three separate bars. One features craft brews on tap, upstairs you will find a whiskey bar surrounded by video and arcade games. Broadway Louie’s gives you a different atmosphere than other sports bars. It also provides you with the best hand-tossed New York style pizza that you will find anywhere on the beach. Their menu is extensive and offers anything and everything you could want to enjoy the big game this year.

Leaving Broadway at the Beach and heading to Market Common we have King Street Grille.  It is a favorite for sports throughout the year of visitors and locals alike.  This is a place to gather, hang out and kick back while enjoying your friends, the game and great food and drinks. Kings Street Grille originated in downtown Charleston so you know they have the art of food and parties down to a science. Aside from the typical bar food, you will find that they are famous for their wing which features unique and mouthwatering flavors such as Sweet Tea, Honey Mustard and Bacon, Thai Peanut and Old Bay (a personal favorite!).  There are more than 20 sauces to choose from so you will be tempting your taste buds throughout the big game.

If you are looking for the locals' favorite bar, not just sports bar then you want to head downtown to Bumstead’s Pub.  It’s one that has local’s have made their home for games and gathering for years.  It’s a tradition. Aside from the usual bar fare you will find that they serve the most popular sandwiches from the famous Dagwood’s Deli next door so that in itself is a selling point. Watch the game at the bar with the crowd or arrive in time to snag a booth and enjoy it on your own private TV as every booth has their own.

We’ve barely scratched the service of the wide array of options to enjoy the Super Bowl here at the beach. If you need more suggestions we at Paradise Resort are always happy to help our guests. We can direct to the best place for your individual group so that this is a game, and a night to remember.
