Nothing is better then enjoying a fun-filled day on the beach, cooling off in the oceanfront pool and enjoying your accommodations here at the Paradise Resort.  Here at Paradise Resort we have our Tiki Bar that serves drinks and sandwiches while enjoying the waves of the ocean.  Ready to head off property and take in a different view or meet some new friends?

Next time you are on vacation at the Paradise Resort, make sure to plan on having lunch, dinner or just drinks at one of these top oceanfront bars.

Pier View Open Air Bar: While this bar isn't technically located “on the beach,” it's over it — and actually over the Atlantic Ocean, to be even more specific. Found on the Second Avenue Pier just about 1 mile north of Paradise Resort, this open-air bar serves up a limited appetizer menu and a full bar menu, all complemented by great views of the ocean and beach. The relaxing atmosphere is enhanced with padded furniture and an indoor breezeway.

Sharkey’s Beach Bar: This bar/restaurant located just north of the Pier View on the boardwalk, they serves up seafood, sandwiches, poultry dishes and salads, all made with the freshest ingredients and accompanied by some of the area’s best Boardwalk and ocean views. The establishment’s new deck provides both shaded and sunny seating, all within easy reach of the full-service bar.

Riptydz Oceanfront Grille and Rooftop Bar: Located just a couple miles north of Paradise Resort, this relatively new Myrtle Beach hot spot is part oceanfront restaurant, part beach bar. The rooftop bar here offers sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and live music nightly, all accompanied by a menu featuring seafood and prime steaks. This one also sits right on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, so it’s a great place to start or finish a stroll along the iconic 1.2-mile walkway.

Bummz Beach Cafe: One of Myrtle Beach’s best backyards can be found just a little further north of Riptydz, in this former beach house that’s now home to a great beach bar. The large patio deck at Bummz offers covered tables and sun-drenched lawn chairs so patrons can relax in the shade or soak up some sun, all while enjoying some suds and fresh seafood. Also offering a long list of tasty burgers and sandwiches, Bummz attracts crowds to enjoy live music on the outdoor stage.

After an afternoon discovering new places to take in the ocean breezes, head back to your accommodations at Paradise Resort to rest and start planning your next adventure along the Grand Strand.
