Here are some great ways to enjoy your stay at Paradise Resort if you are a sports/fitness minded person.
Morning Walk/Run on the Beach: If you are an early riser, you can watch the breathtaking sunrise over the coast while you are running or walking along the white sandy beach. The Grand Strand offers over 60 miles of uninterrupted beach land, but from Paradise Resort you can choose to head north where you will get views of the SkyWheel, 2nd Avenue Pier, and Family Kingdom Amusement Park. Or you can head south and set your sights on Springmaid Pier and Myrtle Beach State Park. No matter which direction you choose, or if you opt to do both on different mornings, you are in for a treat as you take in all of Myrtle Beach’s scenic views.
Surf Lessons before Lunch: After getting your early morning exercise in and having some coffee and breakfast, it’s time to get suited up! The Grand Strand is the ideal location for beginner surfers, and Jack’s Surf Lessons and Board Rentals will make sure you know everything there is to know about surfing. Before you even go out in the water, instructors will have your practice paddling and jumping up on the board while you are still on the sand. After you have got the hand of this down, you will head out into the water and put your skills to the test. Don’t worry, the instructor will be right by your side to help you whenever you need it! And if surfing isn’t quite for you, Jack’s also offer Stand Up Paddleboarding, Kayaking, and more.
Healthy Lunch at Kindbelly: Wow, you have worked up quite the appetite after such a busy morning. It’s time to head over to Kindbelly where you can enjoy a healthy and relaxing lunch. Just a short drive away, you will find a café that prides themselves on organic, non-GMO, and responsibly sourced foods. Sounds like a wonderful way to replenish all of that energy you used running and surfing this morning! There are so many delicious options on the menu that you might just have to come back for more. Some of your choices will include Acai Bowls, Signature Smoothies, Egg Plates, Burritos, Tacos, Salads, and so much more. Some of our favorites include the Pickin’ Chicken and Avocado Bowl, the Taste of Thailand smoothie, and the Cali Coast Toast.
Zipline and Rope Climb in the Early Evening: Now that you’ve replenished your energy, check out some of the Zipline and Ropes courses along the Grand Strand. There are a variety of courses for you to choose from whether its WonderWorks Soar + Explore located at Broadway at the Beach, or the Radical Ropes Adventure Park located just a few blocks from Paradise. This will be a sure way to end the day with some adrenaline rushing through your veins!
After an energizing day, rest and relaz in your oceanfront condo as you watch the sun fade away and get ready for another fun and exciting day.
