Easter Events: One of the best reasons to visit Myrtle Beach for spring break is the chance to take part in the abundance of Easter festivities surrounding the holiday. On Saturday, March 26, several Easter Egg Hunts will be held in the neighboring towns of North Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach, and sunrise services are held the next day at various churches along the Grand Strand, including a non-denominational gathering on the beach at Plyler Park.
