3. Check Out Coastal Carolina Hoops Action
See star guard Jomaru Brown and the Chanticleers in NCAA action this fall at the HTC Center. Coastal Carolina, of \the Sun Belt Conference, has home games through mid-February. Come and cheer on the teal!
ADVICE: Coastal Grill and Pizza is a popular pre-game stop. It’s famous for pizza, but the Mushroom & Swiss With Fries is a delicious burger.
4. Conquer an Escape Room
You might think that getting out of the house alone for the weekend is enough, but why not hit an escape room?! Riddles Escape Room is a blast, and your group is always private. Bring the kids next time — it’s fun for families, too.
ADVICE: Does your room require keys for the locks? Leave the key in the lock after you open it to keep it from getting mixed with others.
5. Race in Go-Karts!
Notice that some of these activities are ones you’d do with the kids? It’s nice to do them as a couple, too. You’ll have a blast at Broadway Grand Prix, on challenging tracks in a comfortable, clean setting.
ADVICE: Staying beyond the weekend? Buy a week pass. This will allow you to use the track, and also ride bumper cars and play minigolf.
