PRO TIP: Order Tinga de Pollo Empanadas. It’s fried corn pastries with shredded chicken, cooked with tomatoes, onions, and chipotle peppers.

PRO TIP: No matter what food you get, pair it with the Black Diamante Margarita. It’s Maestro Dobel Diamante, agave, lime juice, and black salt.
