Shopping

You can find unique boutiques and some of your favorite national names at Broadway at the Beach. Wander from shop to shop or get right to the things you’re looking for. Here are some of our favorites – but you’ll find dozens of awesome places to shop here.

For a sweet (or savory) treat

You’ll smell the sweet aromas way before you pass through the doors. Sweet South Popcorn Company leads the way with cotton candy, kettle corn popcorn, seasonings and lots of other deliciousness. Looking for something more savory? The Beef Jerky Store has samples of its incredible fare – more than 200 varieties of premium jerky and other snacks. Don’t miss a chance to bring a vacation in a bottle home with you, from Boardwalk Winery.

Stop in for a wine tasting. Boardwalk Winery makes traditional reds and whites, their signature is fruit wines.

For the fashion aware

A rundown of shopping options would take an entire post! There’s such incredible variety here, but common themes are value and quality. Start with blingy accessories at Bijuju, Claire’s, Silver Shack and House of Style. Workout gear never looked so good as the fabulous inventory at Leggings Park. And you’ll find all the names you love in fashion at Gemini Boutique, including an exclusive Myrtle Beach bangle.

For brands you know from home

Just because you’re on vacation it doesn’t mean you don’t need the essentials. Get fresh kicks at Rack Room Shoes. Get team gear for your favorites back home or local teams at Sports Fanatics. Sunglass Hut has you covered for those sunny Myrtle Beach days. Find your gifts and premium tobacco products at The Tinder Box. There’s a Victoria’s Secret here, too. And what could be cooler for the kids than to get a bear at the beach from Build-a-Bear?

For something unique

For a family day or a date night, there’s plenty of fun spots. Support Mayan Indians in Guatemala at fair-trade company Yours and Mayan. There’s a variety of cool T-shirts at Broadway T-shirt Co. Broadway Magic features demonstrations and trick supplies. Everything is made of bamboo – yes, everything – at Cariloha. Hit Christmas at the Beach for holiday cheer any time of year. Start and finish your shopping spree at Crabby Jack’s General Store.

Shows

Make sure to work a show into your Broadway at the Beach plans. Legends in Concert has a live tribute show with performances that will have you questioning whether it’s a tribute or the real thing. Visit The Simpsons’ home in Springfield, complete with Aztec Theater and Kwik-E-Mart – and there’s a 4D Experience at The Simpsons in 4-D. The show everyone talks about is the dueling pianos at Crocodile Rocks.

Entertainment

Family-friendly by day, impressive nightlife after dark, especially in the summer. Senor Frog’s is amazing at lunch, and the fiesta fires up at night, too. Wet Willie’s serves up the best daiquiris in town – a claim Fat Tuesday’s would likely dispute. Try them both for yourself! Dance the night away in highly-acclaimed nightspot Oz. Look for the giant red guitar for a sweet spot of music and fun at Hard Rock Cafe.

Restaurants

If your favorite restaurant isn’t here, we bet one of them here will become a favorite! Let the kids play (while you have a snack and drink!) at Dave & Buster’s. Rooster’s Restaurant & Bar gives you the tough choice between tasty rotisserie chicken and brick oven flatbread pizza. Try the incredible baby back ribs at Sweet Carolina’s. Good Time Charley’s has delightful craft beers and a late-night menu. Get your sushi fix and Carolina craft beers at Grumpy Monk.

This list is just a start for the fun you can have at Broadway at the Beach. Every trip can be a different experience. It’s a great place to get in some steps while you enjoy an awesome collection of shops, eateries, and entertainment on your Myrtle Beach getaway.
